During Nine Schools Competition Arc, Volume 3:[]

- Gets interrogated by the faculty of First High School about whether or not he is intentionally failing the Magical Technical (practical) portion of the exams.
- Gets recommended to transfer to Fourth High School by the faculty, which he declines.
- Befriends Yoshida Mikihiko, a Course 2 student who ranked #3 in the Magic Theory portion of the mid-term exams which was unprecedented
- Gets recommended as an Engineer for the Nine Schools Competition, the first - 1st-year and also the first - Course 2 student (Weed) ever to do so.
- Earns the support of Juumonji, Mayumi, Hattori and Azusa for this appointment, after displaying his skills in test.
- He is revealed to be a member of an elite branch of the military.
- Actualises Sustained Gravity Control-Type Flying Type Magic.
- It is revealed that he is Mr Silver of Taurus Silver.
- It is revealed that he has a ridiculously high Psion count.

- Creates the strategy for Honoka in Battle Board to use light illusion magic on the water's surface to cause dizziness
- It was revealed that the Yotsuba Clan had forbidden him from gaining fame and adding his name to the Index
- Could tell the status of Akechi Eimi's health (lack of sleep) by glancing at her psion information
- It is revealed that Honoka had met Tatsuya in the First High exam and had been stunned by the beauty of his magic. It also caused Honoka to feel betrayed when she found out that Tatsuya was a Course 2 student.
- Shizuku's Icicle Destruction match shows signs of Tatsuya working from behind the scenes
- Devises the strategy for Miyuki's "Inferno" and "Niflheim" at the Icicle Destruction match
- Draws crowds from the universities and military to watch the matches he is responsible for

- Decides to win Monolith Code just because Miyuki believes no one can defeat him
- Impresses observers during the final Monolith Code with his bravery and skilled magic usage, causing them to wonder whether he really is a Course 2 student
- His Self-Regrowth automatically activates in the Newcomers' Monolith Code final match after he is hit by Masaki's [overkill] attack magic
- Wins Newcomer Monolith Code and also beats Ichijou Masaki in a one-on-one duel, though he resorts to Flash Cast in the end
- Attacks the corrupt committee member tampering with the Miyuki's CAD and intends to kill him until Kudou Retsu shows up and confirms the use of Golden Electron Silkworms
- Gives Miyuki a Flying Type CAD that helps her achieve a landslide victory in Mirage Bat
- As 9SC concluded, the athletes he was responsible for in the Newcomer’s Division Girls’ Speed Shooting and Icicle Destruction monopolized first to third place, took first and second place in the Newcomer’s Division Mirage Bat, first place in the Main Division’s Mirage Bat, and won the Main Division's Crowd Ball. He himself won first place in Monolith Code Newcomer's Division along with Mikihiko and Leo.
- Along with members under his supervision was unofficially dubbed as the "Invincible Team" for their landslide victories.
- Pays off Ono Haruka to gain information about No Head Dragon's Japan Branch
- Takes out No Head Dragon's Japanese headquarters
- The epithet that his Decomposition is known is revealed to be "Demon Right"

During Summer Holiday Arc, Volume 5:[]

- Honoka confesses to him and he reveals that he can never love anyone romantically
- Miyuki and Honoka competes over time with him
- While going out into the city, he and Miyuki pretends to be lovers to avoid trouble
- A rumor starts that he could be the next Student Council President, which garners more support than expected
- Bribes Azusa to become the next President with a Flying Type CAD and monitor
- Is attacked by several people who think that he and Mayumi have a "special" relationship
- Suppresses Miyuki's power with his own in front of the assembly
- Mayumi introduces her bodyguard, Nakura, and sees Tatsuya waver for a moment. She deduces that Tatsuya knows the 'dark side' of the Magician world.
- Mayumi theorizes that he is an Extra from ancestors whom were bearing the number four in their name one time.
- Katsuto and Mari theorizes that he may be connected to the Ten Master Clans, despite him saying otherwise
During Yokohama Disturbance Chapter (I) Arc, Volume 6:[]

- Is privately offered a position as Vice President of the Student Council by Azusa, but he declines
- New Public Morals Chairman Kanon and New Student Council President Azusa agrees that he will remain in the Public Morals Committee until April and then transfer into the Student Council, without asking his permission
- Starts challenging the idea of Storing Magic Sequences
- Suzune recommends him personally to become part of the Thesis Competition team as a replacement/assistant
- His stepmother Sayuri asks him to drop out of school (again) and gives him a relic to analyse that may hold the key to storing Magic Sequences
- It is revealed that Tatsuya has too much power in FLT and holds considerable sway in the company
- Wishes to raise the social standing of Magicians through economic necessity
- Mayumi is shown to have a slight crush on him
- Gets stalked by Chiaki for malicious reasons
- His upper limit for mass targeting simultaneously in live combat is 24 but, when not under attack, is 36
- Can pass Psion signals straight into Miyuki's Magic Calculation Area
- Gets attacked by Sekimoto using sleeping gas
- Leo and Erika wonder if he is clairvoyant
- Goes with Mari and Mayumi to interrogate Sekimoto and is attacked by Lu Ganghu
- Is almost kissed by Miyuki
During Yokohama Disturbance Chapter (II) Arc, Volume 7:[]

- Suzune sets Chiaki a goal to beat Tatsuya in Hardware Engineering in Second Year to raise her spirits
- Calmly stops the intruders who want to suppress the competition site using applications of Decomposition magic
- Kichijouji mistakes his Decomposition magic for Molecular Divider
- Notices the oncoming truck and activates Mist Dispersion before it hit, with only Mayumi noticing with her Multi-Scope
- He is revealed to a large audience of his school friends to be part of a secret elite unit within the military - full list: Erika, Leo, Mizuki, Mikihiko, Honoka, Shizuku, Isori , Kanon, Kirihara, Mayumi, Mari, Suzune, Katsuto, Sayaka (A total of 14 people, not including Miyuki who already knows.)
- He is the one who designed the Mobile Suits used by the battalion
- Is revealed to have some kind of magic limiter set on him which can be removed by Miyuki
- Uses Regrowth on wounded soldiers under Major Yanagi; also hinted at the fact he has to go through intense pain for the process
- Annihilates an enemy chemical congregation attack on the rescue helicopter
- Also annihilates the magicians behind the attack as well as five soldiers who are trying to shoot down the helicopter
- Heals Isori and Kirihara when both are gravely injured trying to protect Kanon and Sayaka respectively from a surprise attack
- Greatly affects the Alliance`s morale due to him using the same magic as the demon who crushed the Alliance 3 years ago at Okinawa, Mahesvara
- This also enables Katsuto and Masaki to push back on their respective battlefield
- The mechanism behind Regrowth is explained
- Uses Material Burst on the assault ship of the Alliance to great effect
- Uses Material Burst again to annihilate the invasion fleet prepared by the Alliance later to be known as the Scorched Halloween
- Also kills the Alliance's only known Strategic-Class Magician, Liú Yúndé (before the guy could even do anything), although this is only revealed later in the series
During Reminiscence Arc, Volume 8:[]

During Visitor Arc Chapter (I), Volume 9:[]

- Attends Shizuku's farewell party who is leaving Japan to study abroad for 3 months
- Becomes suspicious of government approval of the exchange of Magic School transfer students between USNA and Japan
- Suspects Shizuku's replacement transfer student, Lina, is also Angie Sirius (Commander of STARS and one of the 13 Apostles)
- Gets attacked by Lina and officially confirms that she is Angie Sirius
- Is offered a place in the USNA by Lina, who values his strength, to which he declines
- Becomes aware of "Vampires" that are murdering Magicians and are drained of blood
- Visits Leo who is recovering at a hospital after being attacked
- Is told that the Vampires are in fact "Paranormal Parasite" by Mikihiko
- Asks Shizuku for more information about the Vampire Incidents occurring in the USNA
- Discovers that Parade can fool his "eye" and avoid Mist Dispersal
- Asks permission from Maya to allow him to contact Major Kazama
- Is asked for assistance by Mayumi and Katsuto in dealing with the Vampire Incident
- Nullifies Lina's Parade and is ganged up by Stars soldiers before Yakumo and Miyuki arrive
- Negotiates with Lina that he will let her go if she wins their match; Miyuki insists on fighting Lina instead
- Partially undoes the Limiter, having observed Miyuki do so before for her match
- Nullifies Lina's Muspelheim and Miyuki's Niflheim, thus stopping their magic match
- Lina admits defeat but Tatsuya lets her go
During Visitor Arc Chapter (II), Volume 10:[]

- Organizes a meeting between Katsuto and Mayumi, representing the Ten Master Clans, with Erika and Mikihiko, representing the police and Hundred Families factions to foster cooperation between both camps
- Gives them the frequency for the tracking device he'd implanted in the Parasite the night before to allow them to track it down

- Is brought in to help with the strange actions of Pixie
- Discovers that the Pixie has become a Parasite Host that is influenced by Honoka's thoughts, now is in love with him and wishes to be with him
- While waiting for Miyuki to finish her etiquette lessons, his Elemental Sight sees the Stardust soldiers waiting to ambush him
- Attacks the soldiers unaware and receives unexpected help from Naotsugu who had been spying on him under orders of the military
- Angie Sirius arrives to challenge him
During Visitor Arc Chapter (III), Volume 11:[]

- Is attacked by Angie Sirius with "Heavy Metal Burst" and manages to defeat her
- Defeats the Stars surveillance team
- Lina becomes convinced that Tatsuya is NOT a Strategic Magician, but instead is a Mental Interference Illusionist

- Ayako warns him that Anti-Magic Advocate Congressman Kanda along with reporters will make a surprise visit to First High School
- Organizes a Stellar Furnace Experiment to put a halt to the Humanist plot
- Blackmails Sawamura Maki to stop her actions against Magicians
- Suggests to let the dispute between Kasumi and Takuma be settled with a mock battle in line with Mari's policy

- Informs Ryousuke of his plan to reach out to FEHR; Ryousuke admits he is a member of FEHR and also informs Tatsuya of FAIR's activities from Lena
- Holds a meeting with Ayako and Fumiya in a club room for research of unconfirmed magics on the surface but is actually a meeting place for the Yotsuba Clan and students supported by them. Tatsuya tells them of Ryousuke's admission as a member of FEHR and his plan to work together with FEHR
- Receives information from Fumiya of FAIR's business-like relationship with another organization Advancement of Humanity Front (AHF) and their plan to steal another relic this time from the excavation site guarded by the Ichijou Clan
- Informs Masaki and Kichijouji of the AHF's plan
- It is revealed that Tatsuya has overcome his lack of magic power due to his Artificial MCA by a technique he discovered to separate the event interference force from the magic sequence and make it work separately which will be the thesis he will publish.
- Receives information from Ayako and Fumiya on the leader of AHF Kurenai Anzu who is being sheltered by the Izayoi Family and its second in command Yatsushiro Fukami; The Izayoi and Kurenai are protected by an elder of the Senate Kashiwa Kazutaka
- Suggests to contact Aoba first before making a move to capture Kurenai to avoid conflict with the Senate but was rejected on accompanying Miyuki and Lina to visit him because he is on constant surveillance since the Miyaki Island Incident
- Visits the Izayoi mansion owned by Izayoi Shirabe with Miyuki and Lina and asks to hand over Kurenai to the Yotsuba
- Observes the battle between Kurenai and Fumiya while Miyuki and Lina talks with Shirabe who is trying to stall them
- Deduces the Izayoi Family's magic is considered a curse type magic that reflect spells and is using Kurenai as a medium through a tattoo on her body that he dismantles with Gram Dispersion
- Shirabe deduces that it was Tatsuya that dismantled his magic and develops a very strong hostility towards him in the depths of his mind
- Monitors AHF's capture attempt on Mayumi and decomposes the black smoke affecting Mayumi while Ryousuke battles the remaining members

- Yakumo informs Tatsuya of the Intelligence Department's plan target his friends and requests Tatsuya to prevent a possible civil war within Buddhist Sects of the Senate
- Informs Mikihiko and Erika that they are targets of a curse by the Intelligence Department
- Makes a request to Ayako and Fumiya that the Kuroba Family monitor Shirabe's activities
- Is informed by Fujibayashi Hiroto that Kazama has given Mari the mission to be Mayumi's escort for her USNA trip
- Is sent to space by Lina and Miyuki via the Virtual Satellite Elevator to acquire data and uses Psion Marker on the comet with Elemental Sight in Spaceship Takachicho
- Instructs Kyouko to send a message to the Ministry of Defense to observe the night sky with her hacking skills
- Discusses with Miyuki and Lina how he intends to use Material Burst aside from being a deterrent but for destruction for the sake of destruction and the role of Magians in his plan
- Uses Material Burst for the fourth time to destroy a large comet and change trajectory of its debris from earth
- Members of the Ministry of Defense wonders if Tatsuya is really human after witnessing the comet's destruction
- Contacts Akiyama, the Director General of the Ministry of Defense which sends chills to his spine upon hearing that Tatsuya can strike anywhere on earth and affirms the role of Magians for avoiding disasters
- Receives Fumiya's report that Shirabe has not acted yet to which Tatsuya tells them to stop the monitoring but Fumiya insists to continue monitoring him
- Sends Hiroto to give a warning to Inukai after Miyuki informs him that the curse targeting Erika and Mizuki was countered
- Hiroto reports that Inukai was dealt with by Yanagi to which Tatsuya considers this an uncharacteristic overreaction by Kazama
- Receives the report of Ryousuke that Lena is interested in the partnership with the Magian Society
- Mayumi also reports her encounter with Haruka working at a detective agency on a case with FEHR which Tatsuya concludes he needs to gather information about the situation
- Is contacted by Lena through her Astral Projection who informs him of FAIR's activities on Mount Shasta

- Senator Rivera's campaign staff targets Mayumi and Ryousuke while in the USNA through their influence in the FBI due to Tatsuya's connection with Liam Spencer, the opposing Presidential Candidate.
- Is requested by Lena to go to USNA mainland to assist in battling FAIR but Tatsuya does not give a definite answer nor decline it.
- Is viewed as a threat by USNA and Japanese Agencies wherever he is because of his power to use Material Burst anywhere in the world at a moment's notice.
- Discusses with Miyuki his talk with Lena and his plans to eventually go to the USNA.
- Reports to Maya the Relics acquired by FAIR and agrees that acquiring those relics will be a last resort.
- Is informed by Yuuka that Ghost Walker cannot be reproduced with Modern Magic but it is possible to develop a magic with similar effects.
- Offers to complete the development of the magic and let Yuuka be registered as the developer; Yuuka declines but accepts the compromise that they both come up with its name.
- Works non-stop for a day without eating nor sleeping to develop the new spell and completes it after a stroke of inspiration.
- Accepts Jeffrey's urgent request to go to the USNA west coast to look at a potential magic terrorist attack.
- Discusses with Miyuki and Lina his intention of going to the USNA where Miyuki will accompany him and he needs Lina to stay in Japan for the preparation.
- Is monitored by Japan's Public Safety, Intelligence Department and enemy spies while on a road trip to Hokkaido with Miyuki that could provoke the GAU and NSU.
- Meets with Lina and Hyougo at a hotel in Hokkaido who swaps appearance with them through Parade.
- Uses the Air-Car left by Hyougo and Lina then flies to Chitose Air Base that is joint-use with USNA and transported to Berkeley.
- Meets with Jeffrey, Abigail and Shaula at the hotel and is briefed of the infection.
- Uses Gram Dispersion to destroy the Magic Sequences on a patient afflicted by Babel and treated over ninety more patients.
- Neutralizes Helen Schneider's Babel attack on him with Gram Dispersion and takes part in questioning her.
- Notices a "familiar" leaving Helen but is unable to track it.
- Is thanked for resolving the Babel outbreak and granted permission by Jeffrey to investigate Mount Shasta.
- Asks Minoru to steal the Black Guru Stone in possession of FAIR due to the threat the daemon imposes.
- Informs Lena that he is in USNA and FAIR's use of Babel then contacts Luca Fields to meet with her near Mount Shasta.
- Meets with Luca but does not recognize him and Miyuki because of the effects of his new Magic Aidoneus.
- Acquires an Octagonal Stone in Mount Sharia and pays Luca for guiding them including hush money.
- Is informed by Jeffrey that FAIR's headquarters was raided by the San Francisco Police and Wizard Guard but Dean and Laura has escaped.
- Is escorted by the carrier Independence to the Pacific Ocean and drives the Air-Car back to Miyaki Island.
- Meets with Lina, Minami and Minoru who shows him the photos of the Relic#White Stone Tablet that he believes to be a map to Shambhala.
- Shows the Octagonal Stone and pours Psions to it that showed a location like a compass as the rest anticipate a exploration to Shambhala.
During the Magian Company Chapter (V), Volume 5 Sequel[]

- Entrusts the Octagonal Stone to Minoru who will go to Central Asia to search more information about Shambhala
- Receives Minoru's report of being attacked in Tibet by Daoshi and concludes that he is attacked by members of the Baxian.
- Maya agrees to Tatsuya's plan to search for Shambhala with using the signing of the treaty between the Magian Society and FEHR as cover up while in Sri Lanka.
- Coordinates with Chandasekhar regarding the change of venue for the signing of the treaty between the Magian Society and FEHR will be in Sri Lanka then they plan to visit her personally.
- Contacts Lena about the changes in the signing ceremony to which Lena accepts and willing to go to Sri Lanka straightaway, drawing supicions from Tatsuya
- Accepts Sanada's request to pass a verbal message from Director General Akiyama to Lieutenant General Lars Singh in IPU
- Arrives at Sri Lanka with Miyuki, Lina and Hyougo and checks in on a hotel in Galle City where they spot Lena, Louis and Evelyn Taylor who are also checking in.
- Meets with Arya at Chandasekhar's estate in Hyderabad and discusses his intent to search for Shambhala to which Chandasekhar makes arrangements to allow Tatsuya to explore the ruins unrestrained
- Informed by Hyougo of Chandasekhar's close kinship to Lars Singh akin to an uncle and niece
- Confirms with Lina that Evelyn is indeed a member of Stars and they conclude that she could be after Shambhala as well
- Is positively received by the students and staff of the University of Hyderabad after discussing the Magistore and his victories against the other world powers.
- Meets Lars Singh to his surprise but takes this opportunity to pass the message from Akiyama
- Conflict between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan causes Tatsuya to stay in Hyderabad for now but suspects that GAU is involved
- Informs Chandasekhar of possible relics found in Lhasa, Tibet who passes this intel to Lars and arranges another meeting with Tatsuya
- Meets with Lena who informs him about Evelyn's real purpose and admits to taking advantage of him but Tatsuya does not mind as he has his own reason to be here.
- Accepts Chandasekhar's proposal to fly to Karshi-Khanabad Air Base to inform Lars Singh of the relics then secretly enter Bukhara
- Attends a dinner hosted by Lars Singh and his staff who took great interest in Tatsuya's point of view on the Miyaki Island Incident and usage of flight magic
- Meets with Lars Singh the next day and further discusses the potential relics found in Lhasa, Tibet
- Receives information from Hyougo that GAU units are chasing after Evelyn who snuck out on her own to Samarkand
- Is informed by Kyouko that Laura has been smuggled to Japan
- Concludes that Laura will attack Four Leaves Technology Third Division Lab in Machida, Izu and deploys Mayumi and Ryousuke there while assigning Hiroto to also guard Takara
- Receives Kyouko's report of the attack at FLT and Lu Dongbin, a Baxian who neutralized Ryousuke's Reactive Armor
- Contacts Fumiya to search for Lu Dongbin then discusses with Miyuki and Lina that he intends to fight him
- Suspends the search for Relics after Ayako informs him that they have located Lu Dongbin
- Confirms with Minoru that Lu Dongbin is using an application of Hex Reversal to nullify magic
- Returns to Japan via Virtual Satellite Elevator to Takachiho
- Accompanies Ayako to Fumiya's group who surrounded the hideout of Lu Dongbin in Nishi-Kawaguchi, former Saitama prefecture

- Senses that he is being watched while searching for the next key at the Samanid Mausoleum but tells Miyuki, Lina and Hyougo to ignore them since he also feels that they know about the Relics
- Due to frequently using Regrowth, Tatsuya gained an inhumanly immense amount of mental fortitude from experiencing the pain that he cannot die from it but has no choice but to endure it.
- Decomposes the Illusion Magic used on them by the observer but Decides not to retaliate since they were not harmed
- Acquires the Sky Key after digging at an area designated by a hawk from the previous illusion
- Acquires the Sun Key at the Chor-Bakr Mausoleum after being struck by another illusion and through another hawk pointing to its location
- Concludes that the Keys are pointing to a Relic found at the IPU Federal University of Magic after speculating that the Moon Stone was moved in a hurry to the location where they found it
- Is urged by Kyouko to return to Japan who is already in the IPU for two weeks due to their social standings as Magicians forbids them from being away from Japan for too long
- Neutralizes multiple layers of Illusion Magic and uses Decomposition to enter a warehouse that contains the Relic
- Meets with the observers who were using the Illusion Magic who calls themselves the Guardians of the Ancestral Legacy and after showing the keys, they begin to to call Tatsuya the "Maya of Shiva" who will fulfill their prophecy
- Acquires the Wand after excavating the Vault beneath the warehouse
- Is placed in a state of trance after using the wand on one of the Stone Tablets and concludes that the Legacy of Shambhala is knowledge while the Stone Tablet he touched with the want is like a library
- Gives the Stone Tablets he found to Chandasekhar for custody and research on behalf of the IPU but keeps the wand as mentioned by the Guardians of the Ancestral Legacy custodian then returns to Japan
- Holds a meeting with Miyuki, Lina, Minoru, Minami and Hyougo and tells them that Shambhala is like a shelter and it is built all over the world, originating from the Ice Age
- Informs Minoru that both of them will be infiltrating the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet since Tatsuya is the only one who can use the Wand or anyone he authorizes
- Kyouko informs Tatsuya that Ryousuke is planning to go back to the USNA to which he instructs Hiroto to assist Ryousuke since he is more needed there to keep FAIR in check
- Asks Canopus to assist in infiltrating Potala Palace through Lina since he does not want to risk Takachiho from being detected and because Canopus still owes him for killing Gu Jie
- Canopus agrees to let Tatsuya use their Sprite to infiltrate Tibet but under the condition that they will use their protoype Stealth Diver
- Avoids being tracked by domestic and foreign intel agents using Yakumo's Ninja technique that makes him "vanish to thin air" causing the agents to jest that they should learn ninjutsu too
- Is brought to Kadena Airbase by Sylvia where he personally inspects the Stealth Diver with Minoru and decides to use it for infiltrating Tibet
- Concludes that Han Xiangzi's Flute magic shares similar principles as Antinite that disrupts a Magician's Gate
- Permits Minoru to intervene between the battle of Han Xiangzi and Mizar's forces by neutralizing the Flute magic with Stray Fog
- Meets with the elder lama in Potala Palace who received word from the Guardians of the Ancestral Legacy through telepathy that the Maya of Shiva will arrive

- Is welcomed by the Tibetan Government controlled by GAU in a friendly manner and believes they were instructed not to offend him
- Meets again with the Lama, caretaker of the Potala Palace ruins who became his tour guide while the Tibetan Government decides on the open city proposal
- Is assured by the Lama that countermeasures has been prepared for those who seek the Relics that makes Tatsuya feels the trip made was worth it
- Concludes that the acceptance of the open city proposal implies that GAU's state of affairs is in a power struggle due to recent losses in their war against New Soviet Union and the Scorched Halloween
- Is taken aback that one of the conditions for the open city proposal is his immediate deportation as an overreaction while GAU views him as someone they cannot kill but they can at least keep him faraway from their sight as much as possible
- Is shown to not properly understand the significance of his power as a single individual being able to challenge the power of a nation
- Is praised worldwide along with McCleod and Schmidth for the successful Open City proposal that did not cause civilian casualties and would greatly consider the use of civilian observers in future conflicts
- Returns to Miyaki Island to rest but Lena and Canopus request his aid due to Rocky unleashing his new magic Gjallarhorn in San Francisco, USNA

- Is informed by Lena that the riot is caused by Dean when she senses the magic's activation similar to Dean's Dionysus but in a larger scale
- Learns the riots in San Francisco from the news and contacts Canopus who believes that it is caused by Dean's magic acquired from the Klaklo ruins but Tatsuya is unable to give an immediate response if he can go back to San Francisco
- Deduces that Dean not being captured yet is caused by the new magic altering Dean's psion pattern despite the USNA's technology to identify magicians by unique Psion pattern
- Maya informs Tatsuya that Aoba allows him to go to San Francisco with the condition that it is for 1 week but is forbidden in being involved in suppressing the riots nor capturing Dean
- Assures Kazama that he is not leaving Japan illegally after receiving a flight plan from the USNA for Tatsuya's trip
- Kazama and Akiyama sees Tatsuya off to USNA and is given a passport for diplomatic immunity
- Is aware that some departments of the USNA is not happy with Tatsuya, a foreigner "meddling" with their internal affairs and expects the police will not cooperate

- Captures around 30 rioters and takes them to Travis Base for analyzing the magic with Stuart, Spica and Canopus but is unable to cancel the effects of Gjallarhorn
- Meets with Lena who accepts Tatsuya's plan to use her Ataraxia to counter the effects Gjallarhorn and intends for Lena and Canopus meeting each other
- Directly observes Gjallarhorn is activated with Elemental Sight
- Uses Elemental Sight on Laura to memorize her EIDOS to locate her incase she escapes and find traces that would lead him to Dean
- Retrieves the Bloodstone in Laura's left ear and deduces it contains the "daemon" of Babel and decomposes it after memorizing its structure and data information that will cause the daemon to return to its source, the Guru Stone Tablet now stored in Miyaki Island
- Informs Canopus of ways to counter Gjallarhorn and is willing to help in developing equivalent magic with them
- Before leaving for Japan, he informs Spica the location of Dean
- Reports to Maya his findings about Gjallarhorn and his plan to search for Nirvana at the foot of Mount Fuji to counter it
- Attempts to enter the Mount Fuji ruins but encounters a trap, causing him to leave for now
- Discusses his plan with Miyuki, Lina, Ayako and Fumiya on going back to the ruins
- Hazumi Asuha, an elder of the Senate is against letting Tatsuya have the Shambhala Relics in Mount Fuji
- Aoba forbids Yakumo from assisting Tatsuya from getting into the ruins to avoid a proxy war with Hazumi
- Overcomes the illusions in the ruins which seems like a long time but only took a second in real time and seals the ruins after acquiring the keys
- Reveals to Miyuki, Lina, Ayako, Fumiya, Minoru and Minami that Mount Fuji has an Ancient Magic that can turns Parasites back to humans and aside from Nirvana another magic Achalamanas that controls mind exists but the user must have an extremely high aptitude for Mental Interference like Yotsuba Miya
- Asuha receives report that Tatsuya sealed off the Mount Fuji ruins but seems to lost interest in it
- Reports his findings to Maya where Kurebayashi wants to design a body tailored for Shambahala's Magic that Maya approves and will ask for Tatsuya's help for it
- Uses Human Transformation Art that turns Minami back to a Human and gives the Magic to her and Minoru, as well as one of the 3 keys of the ruins to be kept in Takachiho
