Ozone Circle (オゾンサークル) is a famous Strategic-Class Magic that's operated by William McCloud and Carla Schmidt. [1]
Background[]
Ozone Circle was developed by William McCloud through collaborative research in the EU before the division of West and East. The primary purpose was to counteract the holes in the ozone layer. [1] The Magic Sequence was completed in the United Kingdom, and released to old European Union countries as per the agreement. [2]
William then took part in creating the modified magician Jasmine Williams where he personally supervised the process of setting up the genetic code designed to optimize her for Ozone Circle. [3]
Details[]
Ozone Circle quickly generates high concentrations of ozone gas to paralyze opponents through acute intoxication from a high concentration of zone gas resulting from the magic. [1] It can be used away from the target location by aiming the magic at the relative coordinates. [3]
In terms of being influenced by geographical conditions, Ozone Circle and Agni-Downburst are superior in comparison to Heavy Metal Burst, but when conditions such as power and activation speed are introduced, Heavy Metal Burst is the equivalent of a Strategic Ballistic Missile. [4]
Variants[]
After becoming an Augmented Magician, Jasmine Williams' ability to use Ozone Circle was optimized for reliability when activated. Her speed to use it is no slower than that of William McCloud but she is unable to use it on an anti-personnel level, not Strategic-Class level. [3]
