The micro black-hole formation-evaporation experiment is based on the Extra-dimensional Theory. The same experiment was conducted in December of 2095, but the purpose at that time was to obtain clues to figuring out mass to energy conversion magic. Although the purpose this time around, wasn't for the observation of the energy produced from the evaporation of the micro black-hole. The formation of the micro black-hole itself didn't need to succeed. The experiment ended up being a failure and parasites were once again summoned. The parasites started to take control of Stars in the USNA.[3]
