Mitsuya Shiina (三矢 詩奈) is the youngest daughter, and the youngest of seven siblings from the Mitsuya Family, which is one of the Ten Master Clans. [1] She is a first-year student representative at First High School in 2097.[2]
Following the tradition of the Student Council, Shiina later becomes the Student Council President in 2098 until 2099.[3]
Appearance and Personality[]
The only sibling closest to her in age, is 8 years older. She's accustomed to being left out of things, and due to being treated this way and from being alone, she's had feelings of alienation since she was small[1]. Shiina also has a timid personality and as such dislikes conflict and arguments.[4]
Background[]
The birthday's of Shiina and Yaguruma Saburou are two days apart from one another, with Saburou's being first. The two are hardcore in their relationship as childhood friends from birth. [2]
Abilities[]
Due to her training since childhood at the Third Institute, where military magicians have come and gone, her combat strength is high. [5]
Over-sensitivity to Psion wave Emission -[]
She has overly acute hearing due to her magical perception. Magical researchers, who have diagnosed her, have presumed that, "she always uses magic that strengthens her hearing unconsciously." Adjusting her hearing with magic impairs her sense of magic and hinders her use of it. To almost completely shut off external sounds and adjust the volume automatically, she always wears earmuffs called "Ear Mural" that has a built-in microphone and speaker. Even if she wears the earmuffs, it doesn't hindrance her use of magic, but it becomes insensitive to external magical waves. [2]
