Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei Prologue of Disturbance Arc (魔法科高校の劣等生　動乱の序章編) is the manga adaption of the 'Prologue of Disturbance Arc' from the 21^st Light Novel. The adaptation is by Hikuchi Mei (飛口　芽衣). It is serialized in Dengeki Comics NEXT (電撃コミックスNEXT) and published by Kadokawa, beginning in August 10, 2023.

Chapter 1

On the first day of the school, Tatsuya, Miyuki and Minami are heading to First High School while discussing the recent news of Brazil's usage of Strategic-class Magic against the rebels which causes massive casualties. They arrive at the Student Council room where they are greeted by Saegusa Twins Kasumi and Izumi then Mitsuya Shiina, the first placer among the years also introduces herself. Shiina then tries to remove the headphones she is wearing but Miyuki assures her that she already knows her situation of having hypersensitivity to sound and she is using sound isolating head phones to adjust the external sound to an acceptable level.

During lunch, everyone ate the pancakes that Shiina brought and are apparently popular. When classes ended, Shiina leaves the school grounds where Yaguruma Saburou, her bodyguard and Course 2 Student is waiting for her. On their way home, they have a discussion about the Shiba siblings.
