Liú Yúndé (劉 雲徳) is a Strategic-Class Magician of the Great Asian Union. He is also one of the Thirteen Apostles. [1] Liú Yúndé is known as the "Heavenly General". [2]

Liú Yúndé has long hair reaching to his back but his face is not shown[3]
Background[]
Liú Yúndé is a member of the Thirteen Apostles and the most prominent Strategic-Class Magician of the Great Asian Union for being the user of Thunderclap Tower.[4]
Plot[]
On October 31st, 2095, Liú perished at the Jinhae Naval Port along with the entire invasion fleet off the Southern Korean Peninsula (during the event known as Scorched Halloween) caused by the use of Material Burst by Ooguro Ryuuya. [1][2]
Legacy[]
- Yotsuba Maya informs Kazama Harunobu of Liú Yúndé's death to his surprise despite the Great Asian Union placing a tight information restrictions
- Taking this as an opportunity to end the war, the Japanese Government deploys Itsuwa Mio to join the warship fleet at Sasebo to force the Great Asian Union to major negotations.[2]
- As of March, 2097, the Great Asian Union still doesn't officially recognize the death of Liú Yúndé. [5]
- Liú Yúndé would always attend the Great Asian Union military parades, so him missing there is noticeable.[4]
- In June, 2097, it was announced that Liú Yúndé was dead and that Liú Lìlěi has replaced him completely as a member of the Thirteen Apostles. [6]
