Jacob Regulus (ジェイコブ・レグルス) is a First-Class Star Magician who serves in the USNA's Magician Unit "Stars". He holds the rank of First-Lieutenant and is apart of the Third Unit.

He is the former second-Lieutenant of Thrid Unit, until his friend Alfred Fomalhaut killed by Major Angie Sirius for deserting Stars.
He was unsatisfied with Alfred being killed at sight, without proper court-martial. so, He started researching about Parasite and how they enter.
Due to believing the unknown mail, he received. He asked & got permission to re-start, Micro-Black Hole Experiment.
During that experiment, he became a parasite and thus tried to assassinate Lina.
Abilities[]
- Laser Sniping (レーザースナイピング)
- Is a special magic that Regulus is proficient in. It produces a high-energy infrared laser bullet, from a specialized rifle CAD. Laser Sniping doesn't produce a sound, however it takes one second after pulling the trigger to fire.[1]
- He is good at Release Type Systematic Magics.
