Illegal Mystic Assassin Platoon but is abbreviated as Illegal MAP, It is a magician unit dedicated exclusively to perform assassination missions that can't be witnessed by others.[1]
The platoon consists of three squads Coalsack, Cone Nebula and Horsehead.
They are highly skilled in close-combat, and when they are more often than naught dispatched to go after AWOL soldiers, they aren't in violation of any military codes because the order issued isn't a regular order.
Although the organization does not officially belong to the national army, it is actually a magician unit directly under the control of the USNA Joint Chiefs of Staff.[2]
After The Arctic Hidden War the upper echelon in the USNA decided to imprison those of the Illegal MAP at Midway Prison.[1]

Horsehead Squad undertakes jobs for the State as a Chinese Mafia, from the start of it, the strategy was always to eliminate any relationship between others and them. Horsehead Squad is composed of East Asian and Central Asian members. Since the squad was originally intended for illegal acts to be carried out in East Siberia and the territories of the Great Asian Union, magicians with an Asian appearance were chosen as being best suited.[1]
Horsehead squad consisted of 10 people including the commander, Al Wan. Bart Lee is the deputy commander. It has two female members named, Ellie and Julia, and all others were male, named Gabe, Henry, Iggy, Charlie Chan, Don and Frank.[2]
