Fourth High School is a National Magic University Affiliated High School located in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka in Tokai. It is an upper-level, magic institution known to send many graduates to the university every year and an elite school that churns out a large number of excellent Magicians and Magic Technicians. Because of their focus on Magic Research, Shiba Tatsuya was advised to transfer to Fourth High but he declined. [1]

Fourth High is inclined towards magic craftsmanship and engineering of the sort as would be handled in laboratories and place more emphasis on a large number of highly complex manufacturing magic which are valuable areas of magic engineering.

- Shimizu Ayaka - In AD 2095 she competed in the Women's Newcomer's Division Ice Pillar Break event. She was one of Miyuki's opponents. She was promptly defeated by Miyuki's use of Inferno.
Unknown Year[]
- Gotou Hibiki - In AD 2095 she competed in the Women's Official Division Battle Board event. She was one of Mari's opponents.
- Jinno Ayumi - In AD 2095 she competed in the Women's Official Division Mirage Bat event. She was one of Miyuki's opponents during the second and third rounds. She managed to place in 3rd place both times respectively.
