Synopsis[]

The Magic High School's joint cultural festival Nine Schools Festival begins!

The Nine Schools Festival. It's a joint cultural festival held by nine magic high schools. Summer vacation has ended, and First High School is excited about this big event that is just around the corner.

However, there are other issues that trouble Tookami Marika other than the Nine Schools Festival. Juumonji Alisa's older half-brother Juumonji Yuuto, who became the new First High School Student Council president after the student council election, asks Arisa to join the new student council with him.

Since it is not possible to serve as both a student council officer and a Public Morals Committee member, Marika, a public morals committee member, is separated from Alisa...

The Nine Schools Festival begins with more trouble for the girls.[2]
