Charlotte Vega (シャルロット・ベガ) is a First-Class Star Magician who serves in the USNA's Magician Unit "Stars". She is the Captain of the Fourth Unit. [1]
Appearance and Personality[]
Vega has an inferiority complex towards Angie Sirius, whom is 10 years younger than Vega herself and holds a higher rank. [1]
Background[]
She is tasked by Commander Walker, the STARS base commander, with making sure that Shiba Tatsuya participates in Project Dione. Thus by either interfering with E.S.C.A.P.E.S and if unsuccessful, then moving to assassinate him otherwise. [1]
During the STARS rebellion started by members who have become Parasites, she questions Lina, calling her a traitor who has betrayed them and caused the members of STARS' Sixth Unit to become Parasites by working with a supposed Japanese spy during the black-hole experiment. [2]
Vega has become a Parasite and arrives in Japan to assassinate Tatsuya. [3]
