Again shipping aside, Miyuki '''IS''' the one thing he can genuinely feel emotion for(currently), what would make anyone think he would personally choose to stop protecting or appear as her guardian becuase Yotsuba has "officially" acknowledged him. That would be like for you to stop protecting the thing you care about most becuase someone told you "you don't have too" anymore!?

Unless Miyuki dies, he will always protect her even if he ends up with someone else.

Well with all the shipping aside.  Although officially Tatsuya is no longer her guardian, especially with Minami brought in, did anyone actually think he would stop guarding her!?

Again shipping aside, Miyuki IS the one thing he can genuinely feel emotion for(currently), what would make anyone think he would personally choose to stop protecting or appear as her guardian becuase Yotsuba has "officially" acknowledged him. That would be like for you to stop protecting the thing you care about most becuase someone (whom you don't trust) told you "you don't have too" anymore!?

Unless Miyuki dies, he will always protect her even if he ends up with someone else.

I think the USNA need to keep him out of Japan's hands as they don't want japan to know that the explosives were from USNA. Moreover,Gujie is one of the 7sages ,so,i guess they wanted more info on the Echelon from him by capturing him alive.

Oh I know that Tatsuya and Maya know that Gu Jie was a Sage, was he "outted" to the USNA?  And whether officially Japan knows about the missles, Maya does right?

I don't understand why covering the fact a known terrorist stole missles, isn't that what terrorists and criminal syndicates do in order to cause chaos or make profit respectively? Just seems to be some alterior motive in the background for being against his arrest and obstructing the Japanese manhunt.

Makes more sense that he had help from within the USNA and those politicians or officers are ordering his termination before it comes out. It could possibly be the same guys that were going to collude with GAA by not helping their ally Japan during the invasions. Remember Zhou Gonjin was being directed by Gu Jie to help instigate in order weaken both sides. Also it was said the humanists group was strongly active on the east coast of USNA, thats why Shizuku had to go to Berkley.
