1st part

After the inconsequential 10MC youth meeting, Tatsuya immediately left to Yotsuba main house to report. Saegusa Tomokazu wanted he to stay for dinner. Tatsuya rejected Tomokazu invitation by saying he has something else on. At this moment, a female employee at magic association came and inform that Yotsuba’s VTOL is waiting at the rooftop. The one receiving Tatsuya is the son of butler Hanabishi, Hanabishi Hyougo. Along the way they picked up Miyuki and Minami. They head towards Yotsuba main house.

2nd part

At the same time, Saburou was training at Chiba dojo. Using a bamboo sword with the length of a sword, he fighting leo with a bamboo sword the length of an odachi with all his might. In the end, he was knocked out by Leo with his sword. Saburou wanted to fight again. Erika thinks there might be after effect and rejected it. But she thinks that if he release control of his telekinesis (not sure), Saburou will win.

3rd part

Back at Yotsuba main house. Maya and the younger generation of Yotsuba discuss about what happen at the Saikashintou Island and the recent meeting that Tatsuya attend. Tatsuya indicate that Captain James Jackson and Jasmine Williams of Australia army was sent to Miyakijima. Miyakijima Island (巳焼島) is an imaginary island that formed 50 km east of Miyakijima Island (三宅島) in 2001 by undersea volcanic activity. In the beginning, there is a military base, around 2050 volcano erupted, later it was changed into prison for criminal magicians. Using backdoor deals from Aoba, it essentially became yotsuba private territory.

Miyakijima Island prison was secretly authorised by the military for Yotsuba to isolate dangerous magicians. Miyuki during her junior high time practised nilfheim there, Ayako had strong impression of it. At that time, the island’s west volcano was erupting, endangering the prison for captive magicians, 8km square of molten lava was the best practice ground. Because the facilities is old, Maya on behalf of military abolished the prison and created a military lab in name. Maya ask tatsuya if other people can also use the magic which neutralise other magicians, Gatekeeper. Tatsuya says after alteration, magicians with mental interference can in principle use it. Maya ask if it has been codified. Tatsuya replied he has brought it.

Maya ask if it is possible to let Tsukuba family to alter it. Tatsuya does not mind it. (because tatsuya originally did not want to keep it a secret). Afterwards, the discussion returns to Saegusa proposing having Miyuki be an advertising star. Fumiya and Ayako was angry. Yuuka and Katsuhige disapproved. Maya supports the tatsuya decision and decide to ignore the issue that Saegusa wanted to make use of Miyuki.

Fumiya: it is good to ignore? (meaning they should fight back).

Maya: if we are being attacked, then we would not have to be kind. But we cannot be careless. We are not invincible. We cannot assume that Yotsuba magicians would always win against other family magicians. Especially Jumonji family, Tooyama family and Kudou Minorou. According to Maya calculation, Jumonji family, Tooyama family and Yotsuba family is on another level with the other 25 families. 10th lab purpose is to have the capital as the last line of defence. Jumonji’s phalanx needs no more explanation. Tooyama family’s individual barrier can handle multiple people.

Kastuhige: Is it good to always be in a confrontational stance? Although we cannot approve using Miyuki as an advertising idol, it is not a good idea to give up cooperation with other family in the anti-magician issue.

Yuuka: Then what can we do, we do not want to oppose, but we do not want to succumb, can cooperation be possible? The other party wants to make use of our next head, is there any better situation? (Kastuhige says that Yuuka is surprisingly aggressive)

Fumiya reckons that isolation for Yostuba is not that scary. Even the self-claimed world strongest stars defence ability may not be better than the Yotsuba. If there is a fight with the other numbers family, the main and side branch just have to support Tatsuya and Miyuki.

Maya reaffirms the final decision: If there are any ulterior motives towards the next head of Yotsuba, ignore all of them, on the event of being attacked, based on personal judgement and retaliate.

4th part

Saburou went to Chiba house to train again. This time, the opponent is Erika, he was knocked out on the floor. After fighting, Erika decided to shower. Resulted in her happily seeing Leo stretching his muscle in front of mirror

Miyakijima Island (巳焼島) is an imaginary island that formed 50 km east of Miyakijima Island (三宅島) in 2001 by undersea volcanic activity. It is also called "21st century New Island". Through repeated undersea volcanic eruptions it's roughly the same size as the Greater Tokyo Area (8 km^2).

The National Defense Force had put a base on the island during World War III, but abandoned it due to repeated volcanic eruptions in the 2050's.

Facilities are located on the western end of the island where imprisoned magicians who are criminals, are housed. In addition the island is privately owned by the Yotsuba Family through Toudou Aoba. Though it is owned by a real estate company in a metroploitan city, the shares for it are all controlled by the Yotsuba Family.

Miyuki during her time in junior high practiced Niflheim at a practive field on the island.

• At the morning after coming home from Okinawa, there was news about Brazil invoked their Strategic-Class Magic, "Synchroliner Fusion".

• Brazil govt admitted easily about the usage, and stated the killed people about 1000. Tatsuya only gritted his teeth and said to Miyuki, the death number should be more than that.

• Tatsuya, Miyuki, and Minami came to school in order to prepare for School Entrance Ceremony. In the SC room, there were already Kasumi, Izumi, and Mitsuya Shiina. Kasumi was a Mikihiko's deputy as PMC President.

• Shiina seemed close with Kasumi and Izumi, maybe because their same situation, 10MC member and not a oldest daughter and about same age.

• Shiina greeted Miyuki but she realized she didn't remove her headphone from her head. When she was going to apologize about that, Miyuki said she didn't mind and understand Shiina's circumstance.

• Actually, it was not headphone but more like ear muff. Shiina had audio/noise hyper-sensitivity. It was like Midzuki but Midzuki was hyper-sensitive to pushion light while Shiina to physical noise.

• Before going home, she gave her homemade snack (if I remember it was pancake?) to everyone.

• Before meeting with Miyuki and Tatsuya, Shiina actually scared because she always heard from her sisters and brothers that Yotsuba clan a dangerous clan.

• Honoka didn't come because she was fever as soon coming back from Okinawa.

• The updated death number spiked to 12000 people when Tatsuya checked the news after lunch.

• In response to news, the riot happened in USNA New Mexico, the army that supposed to hold that riot was West Guard (which personnel were magicians that failed to be Stars, not Stardust though).

• In Germany, many protests happened by theirs students in response of the news. Lastly, Prof. Schmidt was invited by McRoad to defect to Britain.

• In USNA riot case, actually there's scene where Silvia reporting it to Lina and various interpretation and the detailed of riot.

• Also when Tatsuya analyzing the usage of Synchroliner Fusion, there was detail of magic invocation, basically it was Pure Hydrogen Bomb.

• Explanation for the Bomb. "The magic invoked with dispersing high density hydrogen cloud in target area, the width invocation ranged from several km to several tens of km. The cloud accelerated, more like the proton?, and made it collided each others to achieve that fusion. The magic itself is really flashy so it's hard to cover its use."

• When Tatsuya analyzing The Fusion, he thought of several others Strategic-Class Magic :

• New Soviet invaded Sado again, they even deployed Tumba Bomba. In order to defuse the Tumba Bomba, Gouki had to handle but in exchange, he had to admitted to hospital, the one nursing him was Yuuka (not sure it's Tsukuba Yuuka or not, because I don't know how Yuuka written)

• New Soviet had more than 10 SC Magician (apparently cloning).

• 101 Magic Equipment Battalion had to distance themselves around Tatsuya because of their position (each other position, you know 10MC cannot directly interfere with Army and vice versa)

• USNA reboot their plan to capture SCM wielder. Silvia dispatched to Japan.

• At north sea (don't know how read it correctly), New Soviet clashing with Japan navy. New Soviet retreated due to their Tumba Bomba failed because of Tatsuya's Gram Dispersion, it became known to them about Gram Dispersion magic.

• Not sure how to read it, from I got, Tatsuya being investigated.

• Shiba sibling was ordered to come back by Maya.

• As Kudou clan planning to be 10MC once more, they're befriend with Yotsuba

• Mitsuya Shiina body guard, The boy's name is Yaguruma Saburo. Yaguruma family is employed by Mitsuya family. So, the entire Yaguruma family works as security (body guard) and house keepers & workers. Before entering high school, Saburo was scheduled to be Shiina's body guard, but it was canceled because Saburo's magic was not improving.

• Saburo's family is not suitable for modern magic. Saburo has two siblings: one brother and one sister. Both of them did not enter the magic high school, and they are being trained by their grand parents at the 3rd research institute. According to the book, Yaguruma family is using a small space at 3rd research institute.

• Ichijou family sent 109 people who rode 3 armored ships to intercept them

• 2 of the ships alighted at sado island while the remaining ship went towards the suspicious ship

• 5 magicians flew out from the ship that was closing in on the suspicious ship

• An explosion happened on the ship where the 5 magicians flew out but one person who was also riding the ship made a shield that protected the 100 people on it

Apperently Toyama Tsukasa from 18 Asistance house (Toyama House) got instruction from Anti Saeki Faction to investigate Tatsuya personal background by using Shiina

I think it's different story. Edward Clark (Raymond father) was Hliðskjálf developer. Tatsuya being isolated in conference, there someone plan to make Tatsuya powerless or want to sieze him.

The one who meet Shiba siblings in Tokyo is Minoru, but being called by Saegusa clan head to Saegusa mansion.

Kazama became troubled with Tatsuya who became 'Yotsuba' formally. he was at a loss because he was too dependent on Tatsuya, and dont know what will happen if Yotsuba and Military (army) became hostile. USNA inflitrated Japan to abduct or neutralize 'Great Bomber', but they sent spy (inflitrating magician) instead of battle magician because Tatsuya had targeted by the world.

Tatsuya called by army to neutralize 'Tuman Bomba'. it look like Gram dispersion fail and Tatsuya fighting using Mist dispersion. NSU SCM think that magician who disable Tuman Bomba is the user of 'Great Bomb'. Tatsuya became famous all over the world (I think what he mean is famous for the higher ups) and look like he will targeted by assassin.

The world situation was also in a situation where extreme demonstrations by anti-magician occur frequently. Therefore, it was decided that the countermeasure will be discussed by young generation under 30 years old from 28 family. Tatsuya is the representative of the Yotsuba family. Kudou Minoru didn't became family representative (I dont understand what the next sentence). Tatsuya rejected propanda usig Miyuki, and got isolated among 'numbers' family. this situation is Tatsuya weakness (I think what he means is because Tatsuya got inferiority complex, he cant deal with this kind of situation *remember NSC arc, when Tatsuya got saved by Erika leading 2nd course student to Cheers for Tatsuya*).

(I dont quite understand but it look like) seven sage and developer smiling seeing the meeting. although 7 sage and it's developer that can eavesdropping the world, but because of this USNA only sent spy to Japan.

Toyama family who responsible for National defense in field of protecting important people is aiming at Tatsuya.

Tatsuya is besieged by ally and enemy, but if it is for Miyuki sake, he will turn the world into enemy. it look like Tatsuya in a pinch.
