Does anyone else feel that Miyuki is an overly spoilt brat who's never had to work hard for anything and somehow believes she *deserves* Tatsuya because "reason"? She clearly doesn't have a handle on her actions when it comes to Tatsuya as she loses it whenever there's even a hint of her brother even POSSIBLY being slightly attracted to or someone else attracted to him.

Let me answer that for you, they have done nothing for him.
In Miyuki's case, she would do anything for Tatsuya. Her entire life is litarally dedicated to him. She would live and die for him, something those girls are incapable of doing.

THAT is a really spoiled girl, always cared by her father and family, always had everything She wished for. Of all the females she is the most spoiled one.
Miyuki: absent father, dead mother, really strict upbringing, had no free choices in her life. She lived a lie or blind until she was 12.
Lina: raised as a soldier and used like a tool.
Honoka: do you know how bad her relation with her parents must be? She lives alone and is practically adopted by the Kitayama
Erika: She had the worst of them all.

^ It was never stated that Honoka has a bad relationship with her family. Her father is often away for extended periods of time due to work (he works for one of the numbered families) and so Honoka spends a lot of time over at the Kitayama's residence so they can watch over her. They have been close friends since middle school.
Mayumi has had a harder life than you make it seem. First of all, her father's relationship with her mother is strained and her mother is sent away from the main Saegusa house for treatment. Her older brothers also don't treat Mayumi and her sisters as that great or like close family since they have a different mother. Not to mention Kouichi is always trying to arrange a political marriage for Mayumi and using her.

Mayumi because she is nothing more than a character than ponders to people who can't bet their dicks out of their pants.
Compare to a lot of characters, Miyuki is much more complex than any of them. Yes, she's portrayed as perfect, so is Tatsuya. That makes them a pair.
