I haven't been able to read the light novels properly and stuff, and I only read the spoilers, so I just wanted to know how her and Kouichi were they as a couple, what if the dahan incident didnt happen and what's she planning in the future.
P.S. Maya's probably the 2nd most tragic character(and my favorite character) in this series, 1st being Tatsuya because of how his family treated him like trash, feared him and his mother took away his emotions.
She was engaged with koichi. If dahan never happened, they will probably get married.

Maya will never forgive Kouichi for failing to protect her from her abductors. Kouichi lost an eye and Maya lost herself.
I think he's saying that Maya was married to Kouchi due to similar cirumstances as Miya, i.e. arragned marriage. I believe the novel seems to imply that they did like each other though, at least before the kidnap and Miya erasing all her existing feeling attatched to her memories. So I'm not sure how similar the marriges where.
